So firstly, this project is a godsend.
It is amazing that you can install a newer macOS on a vintage or obsolete device and use most new features, the developers of this project are doing an amazing job.
My experience using this has been great with a few hiccups which make me consider factory resetting my Macbook pro(15" 2014 with dedicated graphics)
The biggest issue i have is that my battery has gone from half a day to maybe 2 hours, its like its being sucked dry. The fan seems to go full throttle with just browsing, i understand that the OS is probably more taxing on the older hardware and that OLCP is likely not to blame here.
My second issue is that i seem to be getting unexpected shutdowns.
I just close the lid and leave it for a while and open it back up and its just off, when i turn it back on i still have half my battery.
And my third, graphics acceleration took a nosedive.
Playing videos with Plex for example is jittery, i can't even play 1080p content normally anymore :(..
