Looking for support with post-install patch issues. Attempted several fixes from different sources but nothing works. TIA.

I’ve tried to instal on top of my existing OS, but when that didn’t work I did a clean install and still having the same issue. I have not found any material around “no valid group of volume…”. Thanks in advance.
