macOS Sonoma on Core 2 Duo - How well does it perform?

It's been at least a decade and a half since Apple stopped using Core 2 Duo processors in their Macs. I wanted to know if anyone has used OCLP on there Core 2 Duo based Macs with macOS Sonoma to see how it runs
