Hackintosh Guide for Modded Mac Pro Case with RX 6750 XT

Here's a customized guide to help you navigate through the process:

1. Compatibility Check: Before proceeding, ensure that your hardware components are compatible with macOS Monterey. Verify compatibility lists and forums to confirm support for your specific components.

2. Obtain macOS Monterey Installer: Download the macOS Monterey installer from the App Store or other reliable sources. Ensure a stable internet connection during the download process.

3. Create Bootable USB Installer: Use a tool like UniBeast or DiskMaker X to create a bootable USB installer for macOS Monterey. Follow the tool's instructions carefully to create the bootable USB drive.

4. Configure BIOS Settings: Access your PC's BIOS settings and configure them accordingly for macOS installation. Disable Secure Boot, enable UEFI mode, and set the boot priority to boot from USB.

5. Install macOS Monterey: Insert the bootable USB installer into your PC and boot from it. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the macOS Monterey installation process. Format the target drive using Disk Utility and proceed with the installation.

6. Post-Installation Setup: After macOS Monterey installation completes, remove the USB installer and reboot your PC. Configure bootloader settings using tools like Clover or OpenCore. Install necessary kexts and drivers for your hardware components.

7. GPU Configuration: Since you mentioned encountering issues with your GPU, ensure that you have the correct drivers and kexts installed for your RX 6750 XT. Troubleshoot any GPU-related issues by referring to online forums and guides specific to your GPU model.

8. Resolve Small Issues: Work on resolving any remaining small issues you encounter, such as audio, network connectivity, or other hardware compatibility issues. Refer to online resources and communities for troubleshooting tips and solutions.

9. Enjoy Your Hackintosh: Once everything is set up and running smoothly, enjoy using macOS Monterey on your custom-built PC housed in your modded Mac Pro case! Remember to regularly update your system for optimal performance and stability.

10. Legal Considerations: Keep in mind that installing macOS on non-Apple hardware may violate Apple's End User License Agreement (EULA). Proceed with caution and acknowledge the potential risks involved.

With this guide, you can successfully set up your Hackintosh system in your modded Mac Pro case and enjoy the macOS Monterey experience. Happy hacking!

After lots of work trying to figure out this annoying setup on Monterey I finally got it working in the modded max pro case (btw the user names important if you haven’t seen my other posts) ๐Ÿ˜‰

If any of you saw my build you’d know it’s not a mac pro anymore internally, only looks like it still ignoring the true hardware. But now it’s successful on Monterey with the rx 6750 xt fully recognized too finally, still have to work out some small issues but the gpu somehow was putting up a big fight even with the right nootRX.kexts and everything. Happy it’s smooth now and not so painful while trying to get the rest to work.
