No install option with EFI boot

I recently tried to upgrade my old macbook pro to latest version using OCLP but after I follow many guideline, instruction, troubleshooting. This problem is still happen, even I tried to reset and restore my macbook.

some info of my macbook pro:

macbookpro10,2 - MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013) i5 8GB 256GB

current OS version: macOS 10.15.7

OCLP version: 1.3.0

the installers I tried to install: Big Sur(11.7.10), Ventura(13.6.4), Sonoma(14.3.1)

usb disk(for installation): 256GB ssd

reboot and press opt button

no installer option when select EFI boot
