After install stuck on boot loop

Hey, Installing Montery on hp-elitebook-850-g3-notebook-pc. At 12 min left, the installer sits for 5 min then reboots the pc. It then shows up the installer, but clicking on it results in a restart, and then a boot loop. Help!
