Can't boot into installer MacOs on my HP 830 G6

Hello, I have a big problem with my hp 830 G6 laptop, its specifications below :
i5-8365u
8gb ddr4 so-dimm
m.2 nvme 512GB samsung 980
uhd 620.
I can't boot the macos installer. Previously, it was doable, but I tried to install macOS on an external drive, which mostly didn't work. So I wanted to change the drive to a different one. From this the installer won't start. I've tried everything creating new EFIs, with a minimum number of kexts, with a standard number of kexts for all devices, downloading ready-made EFI folders from Github, restoring the BIOS to default settings and setting everything from scratch or installing different versions of macOS. It's all in vain, I've had enough of this scrap. Every time it ends the same, it looks like it loads, without the -v argument on about 1/20 of the progress bar it resets to the post screen with the hp logo and goes back to windows. If I can't do anything by a week, I sell this dumpster and buy the last MacBook Pro with Intel
