My ethernet is fixed by me clicking the power button

Upgraded from catalina to sonoma 14.4 opencore 0.9.5 and im using the AppleIGB driver for my I211AT adapter on my X570 board, ethernet will cut out if i dont use thr internet for a sec and tapping the power button will fix the internet and it will continue working until i leave it. Ill post more info in a sec but has literally anyone else seen this before
