Performance issues with i7

My laptop has the below config -

CPU: Intel Core i7-8565u GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 620 RAM: 12 GB (8+4)@ 2400 MHz DDR4 Motherboard/Laptop Make and Model: Lenovo S145-15IWL Ethernet Card: None Wifi/BT Card: Intel Touchpad and touch display devices: Synaptics touchpad OS: Sonoma

I am using EFI guide from Mald0n but experiencing performance issues. Boot is quick 15sec but post boot everything is sluggish.

I tried Big Sur, Catalina, Monterey and finally on Sonoma. Surprisingly, Sonoma is still working better than previous versions.

Any recommendations for performance would be appreciated. I’m not a seasoned hackintosher unlike most members here. Can share the kexts I’m using if that helps.
