I want to wipe my 2013 MacBook Pro Retina which is running 13.6 Ventura, however when I go to Sys Settings > General > Transfer or Reset > Erase all content and settings it says "Erase Assistant cannot erase this Mac because the system has been modified. Reinstall macOS to use Erase Assistant".
Assume I need to get MacOS (whatever the last one was on the 2013 MBP) and reinstall from USB?
