I'm not liking the profiles that came with the display and I am currently using Hp ProBook 4530s icc profile I found off a website. It looks good with the blacks but it's a bit too dark for my taste. I realize that the HP 8470p is an old laptop from 2012 so maybe this is normal for it to not be bright. I do currently have it sitting in front of a desk monitor and another monitor on my right side which are brighter. I mean of course my Dell 32 inch 4k 60hz 1800r curved monitor is going to be brighter. Also, the other monitor is some old Samsung monitor SyncMaster 225BW(I think that's the name.) I didn't turn the light on so I don't know if that's the model of the Samsung but I do know that monitor is probably from 2005 or 2006. It's slightly under 1080p. Anyways both monitors look a lot brighter than my Hp 8470p but I don't know if it's because I'm choosing this icc color profile that is making things too dark or if this is the capability of a laptop from 2012.
