How do i backup my files before changing SSDs?

I installed OCLP Monterey perfectly on my old 2013 Retina 15 Inch Early 2013 Macbook Pro

I wanted to change my SSD, considering it's only have 256gb.
How do i backup my files so that OCLP will run again smoothly on the device without bricking it on the new SSD?
