I'm trying to install Hackintosh on my windows laptop. HELP!

So in every tutorial I'm watching everyone is saying that I need to install Mac os on a apple device, but I'm not having one or my friends. I installed on my laptop mac os el capitan from internet archive, but it's dmg file. Any help?
