MacOS reinstall stuck

Hey,

My problems occur on MacBook Pro 15” 2015 with discrete GPU, I suppose it’s a 11,5 model. I have a problem with a stuck system reinstall process. About 2 weeks ago I updated my system and my root patches, everything went smooth and I didn’t have any problems. Then I left the computer untouched for around a week and when I got back to it I couldn’t log in. The login screen was all jittery and unresponsive like the root patches weren’t there. After rebooting I couldn’t even load the system, my loading bar on screen with apple logo was always stuck at about 50%. After a couple of retries I decided to remove kexts and bless my last sealed snapshot just like the troubleshooting guide says, but my loading bar would still stop in the same place no matter how much time I waited. Didn’t have a big enough USB drive to do anything else so I left it like that. Now that I have a good enough USB drive I created a system installer with OCLP specified for MacBook Pro 11,5 using other mac. And here I am now. Choosing EFI boot on USB drive lets me start the install process of the system, then the computer restarts once, the apple logo gets smaller, but the progress bar is still going, then the computer restarts again, the apple logo is small again, but the is no time estimate below the progres bar, the computer restarts again and I get stuck on exactly the same screen as before the install process started, with big apple logo and progress bar stuck on 50%. I tried choosing different drives after restarts, but I always finish at the same place. Please help me as wiping the disk fully is not an option for me.

TLDR No matter what I do I cannot access my system. Removing kexts and blessing my last sealed snapshot didn’t help and my system reinstall is always stuck in the same place - The screen with apple logo and progress bar stuck at around 50%
