System crashing when streaming and doing webcam on discord

Whenever I stream my screen and have my webcam enabled in Discord, the system freezes entirely. Sometimes runs with 3 fps but I have to reboot it using the reset button on my PC.

macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 (was there before)

CPU: Intel Core i7 11700k
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900XT
RAM: 32GB DDR4 3000
SSD: 1000GB SSD SATA
