Has anyone solved the system restart launch screen aspect ratio incorrect issue?

Sorry that is a weird sentence but I know I am not the only one with this problem. When ever I restart my computer either OS-X or Windows 11 the aspect ration becomes wrong and it looks all stretched out. It's looks fine if I dead start.

• I have a ultra-wide screen monitor (5120 x 1440).
• MSI MEG Z790
• XFX Radeon RX 6950 XT.

If anyone has found any settings to correct this I would appreciate the insight.
