MacOs Monterey on my HP Laptop

I was trying to get MacOs Monterey to work on my HP EliteBook Folio 1040, which has an i5-5200U with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, but I kept getting problems and wanted to ask if anyone knew how to do it gets it running.
