MacOS Sonoma Update

Hello Professionals,

I updated to MacOS Sonoma through OCLP on my MacBook Pro 15 inches 2017, now a prompt from system has appeared to update to the latest version in the settings. Is it safe to update through MacOS native update system? Also OCLP has detected the latest update and it's been downloading the update file which it around 900 MBs and the one's appearing in the settings is in 13 Gigs of size.

Kindly reply me with the best advice as this is my primary PC for online work.
