Just got my build setup and installed plugins etc. and the vga light on the mobo is red. The computer will also turn on for split second turn off and then back on again. It is an older PSU but no issues before. Is this a possible GPU issue or PSU do you think? Very laggy in ableton where the screen will freeze but audio will still play. Here are the specs:
9900k 64gb 3200 xmp 2tb nvme ssd Amd rx 580 sapphire 750w psu
