I installed Sonoma using OCLP and everything was working normally until my laptop ran out of battery. After I plugged it in and turned it on it goes to a black screen with a circle with a line through it and a link to Apple Support, which has steps to repair using Disk Utility in Recovery Mode. I follow the steps, no issues found with any disk when I click Verify, but it still boots to that same screen. I’ve tried the non-disk-utility options, none work (Time Machine - no backups found, install a fresh OS, no disks to select) and eventually it freezes and I have force power down again. This is my first time trying to use OCLP, I’ve just been running Mojave forever. Everything is backed up so it’s not the end of the world if I can’t bring her back to life, but I’d really love to salvage the old girl if I can, whatever the solution may be, even if no data is preserved. All suggestions are welcome and appreciated!
