FaceTime Sign In Loop

I can't seem to log in with FaceTime.
My camera works fine and iMessage as well.
But whenever I try to activate FaceTime, it won't sign in with my Apple ID.

I'm running Ventura on MacBook Pro 2016 13" with the latest OCLP
