I've got a MacBook Pro 8.1, Late 2011, 2.8 GHZ dual core Intel I7 with 16 GB of ram, Intel HD Graphics 3000 512MB GPU.
I managed to get Monterey 12.7.5 installed, sort of. I can only get into it if I boot in safe mode. When I try to boot regularly it gets about halfway through the boot process, and then reboots, in an infinite loop.
What's the right way to debug this? Obviously something in the boot up process is disagreeable and causing it to restart.
I'm using OpenCore Patcher 1.5.0. I have run the Post-Install Root Patch, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
