Anyone else having crazy red lines in Chrome Canary?

I know, I know, it's Canary. It's beyond beta it's like alpha.

But, I've mained it for years on my hackintosh and all has been fine until recently. Now Chrome Canary has these crazy lines and it's unintelligible (though I powered through for a few weeks before finally switching to Chrome Beta)

What's crazy is, I just updated a client's hackintosh to Ventura, and then his did the same. It must be related to the Ventura update. Probably related to the HyperV and other changes that affected VMs too.

My real macbook here is fine on Canary, though it's on Sonoma

hm - just tried it on my side Sonoma install on the hackintosh and it's fine. now I can't up it to Sonoma on the Ventura partition, but maybe it's related to some old user data?
