If I was to start a brand new we build specifically for hackintosh and windows dual boot, what would you recommend?

Since windows is going to be my main os, I’m going to put it in a nvme drive, and hackintosh on a sata drive.

Must have a GPU for 1440p gaming, and atleast 32 gigs of ram.
