Is there an 1.6. Update in the queue?

Hello,

my Macbook 2014 15" downloaded the 14.6.1. Update but didn't install as supposed.

Nevertheless it became very slow as if there is no hardware acceleration etc.

Had the same problem with the last OS update too and i had to wait for Open core 1.5 to be released.

Can I run the 14.6.1. Update and use 1.5. or do I have to wait for the next release of open core (1.6. is around as nightlies as far as I have seen)?
