What is the current theoretical max spec Hackintosh someone could make with fairly recent hardware or newer even?

I am contemplating whether I should buy a PC with new or used components or a combination of both, that conforms to the requirements of a decent functioning Hackintosh that can also multi-boot Windows and Linux.
