So I’m doing a clean install off Sonoma and need a bit of help

Upgrading mid 2015 MBP to Sonoma I wanted to clear the whole drive before the install (backed up my files). I ran the EFI Boot and chose disk utility and went to erase the HD and it gives me this option which do I choose?
