What Happens if I Upgraded from Sonoma to Sequoia Via the System Setting's Software Update?

Hi Apple friends, what happens if i upgraded from Sonoma to Sequoia via the System Setting's Software Update? I have installed the Root Patch from OpenCore Patcher 2.0.2.
