When I tried to update early 2015 Air to Sequoia, I got error "macOS Sequoia is not compatible with this Mac"

After I select EFI Boot and then select Install macOS Sequoia,

For some reason I got into Recovery mode, then click Install macOS Sequoia, got this error message
