I have my Boot picker Timeout set to 0 but still show the option to select the Hard Drive when I turn one the Mac.
The option "Show OpenCore Boot Picker" is still selected only because we need to select the Esc button to show Picker, and an MBP 2017 version doesn't have a physical Esc button to press.
