Incredibly SLOW Wi-Fi on Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 in my Samsung NP300E4X-A03LK

Wi-Fi shows that I only have one bar but I'm in the same room as the Wi-Fi Router that I'm connected to. (Note: it shows full bar when I'm not connected to Westeros)

Hi guys my third time posting here, so I'm having a problem with my Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 that is very slow for some reason I tried to troubleshoot it but no luck I tried looking at peoples post about my same situation but I tried their solution but didn't work for me so here am I stuck to using ethernet when I'm at home then using Wi-Fi as my last resort when I'm outside it's a bit annoying for me so here am I asking for help if you guys know a way to fix this BS
