2011 MacBook Pro keeps Crashing while running certain apps then I have to reboot with usb

I have a 2011 MacBook running on Ventura it keeps crashing when it’s downloading stuff on qtorrent do I re do the process again or installing Ventura and overwriting the stock software and wiping the hard drive ?
