Can't boot without USB Stick

Hello! I've updated my MacBook Pro (early 2013, retina) to OS Sequio using OpenCore Legacy Patcher and it's all gone smoothly, except I still can't boot without the USB stick. If I do, then I just get stuck on a page with a blank question mark. I've gone through this subreddit / many YouTube videos - I am really sure that I've followed the instructions to install to disk, etc, and it says it's all complete, but once I reboot, it still can't work without the USB stick.

I've also tried some of the troubleshooting from this video too which hasn't made a difference. I couldn't disable the System Integrity Protection via terminal in recovery as it just said it wasn't found, and I think my computer is too old to have the system security options in utility.

The only thing I can think is that it's something to do with my hard drive - I had my hard drive replaced a few years ago, so I've attached some screenshots of what it looks like here. Any advice or wisdom would be appreciated as I've sort of tried all that is within my usual skill set!
