Help OCLP T420

I installed sequoia on my T420 i5 2520m evm ssd 8gb ddr3 ram , the boot time is horrendous and the overall experience is very bad, did I do something wrong or is this expected ?

I used this EFI https://github.com/tonyyang123/Lenovo-T420-OC?tab=readme-ov-file

And change the ACPI folder with the files generated for my system.

Any debugging tips or help, I'll be grateful.
