macOS Update Assistant - stuck on updating - first time seen this

Hi

I have done plenty of MacBooks, Mac minis, iMacs and have never seen before the macOS update Assistant screen. Is this something new with the latest update of OCLP? Trying macOS Monterey on a 2011 MacBook Pro 15 inch.
