Safari keeps crashing , macos 15,3 MacBookPro11,3 2014

After updating my MacBookPro11,3 I installed the OCLP root patches and everything seems to work fine except safari. I was able to disable all the plugins, that didnt help. When you open a link it crashes after 1 second. When you try to open it from the taskbar it doesn’t open at all.

I can generate a crash file. How to address this to the OCLP team?
