How to update to sequoia

I'm currently running macOS Ventura on i7-7500U, Intel HD 620 using OpenCore. My SMBIOS is set to MacBookPro14,1. I’d like to update to macOS Sequoia, but I’m not sure how to do it correctly. Any advice on the process?
