Mac keeps crashing

Hello! Im probably one of the biggest tech noobs out there, so please bare with me. I dont know much about this topic.

I managed to install macOS Ventura 13.6.6 on my unsupported Macbook Air from early 2015. I followed a random YouTube tutorial. It was running perfectly smooth for maybe 9-10 months and suddenly, my computer started crashing constantly. I have to restart it multiple times just to get it running, and every time i move my computer even just a couple of centimeters it crashes and i have to restart it. Its pretty much useless at this point.

Is this a common issue with Opencore Legacy Patcher or is my computer just dead at this point? How do i fix it? In dummy terms please 😂
