Opencore legacy empty efi folder

Opencore legacy empty efi folder on my old 2015 5k iMac 27”

So I decided I’d try installing 2 partition on the ssd every thing worked fine then it didn’t then I format the ssd! Tried again the efi partition must be fine! Thinks it’s still got installed iOS!

So I’ve mounted the efi partition looking in it’s empty!

I’ve tried unbuntu! No luck win11 on partition 2 works fine !
