Sequoia 15.3.1 to Sequoia 15.3.2 Update on OCLP Mac

I have OCLP Sequoia 15.3.1 on my MBP 2014 16GB/500GB SSD/15" and it's working well.

Am getting the prompt to update to 15.3.2 and wondering if should update and if yes, can i do it via the MacOS prompt ?
