Time limit on apps after installing Sequoia

Tried looking on the search to see if I could find something. But didn't.

I installed sequoia successfully (after more than a few tries) but when I start using most of the apps the TIME LIMIT app shows up saying I reached the limit for the day.

I checked the settings, I have no time limit setup, I also don't have it setup on other devices so it can't be bringing it over from anywhere. Tried disabling it, but it always come back on restart and it's annoying to be clicking on ignore time limit. Also, I have to click multiple times on ignore limit for it to finally go away.

Any tips on what could be happening and how I can solve it?

Thanks in advance

PS.: A little bit of appreciation, I did not think that my 2012 Macbook Pro could handle it even after seeing so many people doing, I am happy it worked. Great work on the patcher
