Will OpenCore Legacy Patcher patch any GPU even if it is a Nvidia? (For My Mac Pro 5,1)

Just bought a Mac Pro and I am wondering if it is possible if I can put a Graphics Card that isn't natively supported in macOS because OpenCore Legacy Patcher patched my old Nvidia GeForce GT 120 (Which is not supported in macOS 15.3 Sequoia)
