I've got one of each. All are dual core with 16 gigs of RAM. While I do see people here with older machines running Sequoia, I've used it on the 2015 and was not happy with the performance. I just got the 2016 and 2017 today from a friend who was going to toss them; so, I haven't really had time to mess with them yet.
I'm thinking:
2015 - macbook pro 12, 1 - Ventura
2016 - macbook pro 13, 2 touch - Sonoma
2017 - macbook pro 14, 2 - Sequoia
I'll be using the 2017 so if there are quirks there, I'm fine with them. The other two will be used by computer illiterate family members, so there's far less tolerance for quirks. To be honest, the 2015 might get recycled at this point.
