Need Advice on MBP 2011 13'

So my mom recently gave me her old Macbook pro 2011, the only upgrade she did was change the hdd to an sdd.

I am wondering what would the max MacOs that my mac would support with 4gb ram? (planning to upgrade from 4-16gb soon)
