This may sound like a basic question but I have an iMac 27" 2017 model that's running latest Ventura. I'm working on an iMac 21" 2019 model that has Sequoia support already built-in. In order to save time at this person's house, I decided to install Sequoia on my 2017 model to an external drive and just plug it in to the 2019 model when I arrived. So obviously I had to do a build so I could install Sequoia which worked fine.
I wasn't sure if the external drive would work but it looked like it worked just fine. I just want to make sure my initial installation from my computer will not cause an issue. I also noticed that in Login Items and Extensions there are two OCLP programs that run in the background here. Should I disable those items? I don't want to come back in a few months if there are updates that break Sequoia because the machine supports the OS natively.
TIA
