Which OCLP setting has killed my bluetooth mouse?

I had all working just fine since the 15.6 update. Then I started having boot issues. Was advised to replace and reset the RTC battery. I did that and without anything changing other than the NVRAM getting completely cleared out my Mac Pro i booting as expected now but for some reason I cannot connect my bluetooth mouse (or phone or ipad). Nothing appears in the "nearby devices"

Bluetooth itself seems to be working, i.e. the card is good (updated wifi card - mouse appears and connects to magic mouse andipsd just fine when booted into mojave).

I have deleted the bluetooth-spoof.kext plus its entry in the config.

Anyone have any ideas what may be wrong with my OCLP config to cause this?

Thnx
