Error 10 during disk selection

The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.BuildInfo.preflight.error error 10.)

What did I do wrong? I did everything according to the official oclp instruction. Installed Ventura, then oclp, then make Sequoia usb and patch this usb.

MacBook Pro 13 2015. SSD was upgraded to 4TB and worked well on Catalina.

I tried to erase SSD and nothing changed.
