How to revert MacOS update?

Noob question, i was proposed by macos updating to macos 26 and unfortunately accepted because i thought OCLP must of supported it if it was suggested. Now my mac boots on 26 but wont go past the unlocking loading after i put my password and the drivers seem to be broken. Is there any way i can revert to macos sequoia without losing data? I unfortunately didn’t update my time machine for 157 days. Or, can i wait until OCLP supports MacOS 26 then install post root patches somehow? Its also worth noting that the mac also gets stuck the same way after putting my password on the lockscreen in safe mode pressing command enter after force shutdown
