ive been having a problem while downloading sonoma using oclp on my MBP mid 2012 non retina

i made the usb and the efi to the usb and everything but when i power the computer on and press the options key and select efi boot it just goes straght to my current macos ventura and doesnt let me choose the macos sonoma recovery
