PLEASE stop me from doing any more mistakes

I have an Intel iMac 2012 and got macOS Sequoia running a few months ago thanks to OCLP! Recently I wanted to apply updates and made a huge mistake by clicking update in the system settings. Since then, the computer does not recognize the keyboard anymore and I cannot log in. Trying to install from my OCLP usb stick does not work because it cannot downgrade back from Tahoe. So I tried redoing an OCLP stick from my windows machine (only have windows and no experience with Apple) and now overwhelmed by the stick creation to get my drivers and stuff.

What do I do before I break even more? the Computer has no data on it that need to be recovered
